I found this in my family doctor’s office today during my yearly physical. I think it’s a great combination of solid advice from many practices of medicine. I worked for me (along with some Niquil when it’s really bad).
Thanks Ben. I would add to the debate the consideration of the studies that show placebos effectiveness, even if people know they are placebos! In that light, it might not be a bad idea if they are harmless, and the person believes in them?
It saddens me to see health professionals recommending homeopathic remedies.
